PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Fine Balance Wellness will design a personalized routine of asanas (yoga postures) based on your individual preferences and needs. A practitioner will meet with you for an initial consultation to learn more about your current health and will help you create your wellness goals. Next, a customized plan will be designed just for you and a Fine Balance Wellness yoga instructor will come to your home and guide you through every move. Practitioners can supplement yoga routines by providing education on food awareness, guided breathing and meditation.
In addition to incorporating yoga to achieve supreme health, customized yoga sessions are a wonderful addition to an already active lifestyle. The correct poses for you can help to protect your body from injury, as well as enhance your athletic performance.
