- Yoga: Group or private yoga sessions can be held in any open space in your workplace. Sessions can be scheduled before, during or after normal office hours.
- Meditation: We teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to do just that – reduce stress in the office so minds are free and clear to produce the most productive work.
SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS

Today’s children need the tools to remain calm and centered, gain a healthy awareness of their bodies, and strengthen their core. We offer programs for students and staff, including:
- Physical Education Curriculum or After-School Programs

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Do you struggle to find the time to give your mind and body the attention they deserve?
Fine Balance Wellness will design a personalized routine of asanas (yoga postures) based on your individual preferences and needs. A practitioner will meet with you for an initial consultation to learn more about your current health and will help you create your wellness goals. Next, a customized plan will be designed just for you and a Fine Balance Wellness yoga instructor will come to your home and guide you through every move. Practitioners can supplement yoga routines by providing education on guided breathing, muscle relaxation and meditation.
In addition to incorporating yoga to achieve supreme health, customized yoga sessions are wonderful additions to an already active lifestyle. The correct poses for you can help to protect your body from injury, as well as enhance your athletic performance.
